All our repairs include a 12-Month warranty
Warranty covers all parts used and the repair for a period of 12 Months from the date of us receiving your device.
Whist we carry out all repairs to the highest standards we understand that sometimes there may be a fault with the parts used, although this is very rare it can happen. If any such faults are found during the 12 Month period please contact us via email: email@example.com including your original order number and a brief description of the problems you are experiencing. Our team will send you a pre-paid postage label to get the device returned to us where we will run some tests, repair the fault or replace the original repair parts for new.
Unfortuantely all warranty is invalid if your device has any of the following:
- Physical damage due to misuse or accidental.
- Any faults unrelated to the parts or the repair originally carried out.
- Device has been opened by a third party since our repair without us knowing in advance.
If you have received a device back from us which has arrived damaged during transit please contact us within 24 hours of the device being signed for upon arrival. Any longer than this and we cannot be held liable.
We cannot be held liable for any data loss which may happen during or after the repair, we always recommend backing up your device prior to sending it to us.
