Please read carefully below the best way to get your device to us!
Once you have placed your order online you will receive an SMS and email confirmation with an order number. It will also contain instructions on posting your device to us.
Please ensure to package your device securely and safely. We recommend using bubble wrap and a large letter sized box or padded bag to keep your costs minimal. Please include a print out of the order confirmation (if you are unable to print please write down your order number, contact number and full name). We do not require any charging cables or sim cards.

You can track your repair by logging on to our website. There you can select if you would like to receive SMS or email notifications.
As soon as your device is repaired we will post it back to you using your chosen shipping method. You will receive an SMS or email update with tracking information.
