We offer a 12 month warranty with all of our repairs. Unfortunately warranty is void if any damage has been caused to the parts or if there is any new water damage since having the device repaired with us.

We would recommend sending your device through Royal Mail by clicking this text, where you can buy and print a postage label. Always package your device securely and safely.

Absolutely, If you created an account when you placed your order you can log in to check for updates. All customers will receive an SMS/Email with tracking information as soon as we have shipped your device back to you. If you need further updates please don't hesitate to contact a member of our team.

At Fast Fix iPhone we will always contact you if we find any other faults with your device before carrying out any further repairs, giving you the option to decide if you would like to go ahead or the option to cancel the repair. We never add any hidden charges to any repair.

At Fast Fix iPhone we understand that being without your phone can be an inconvenience. We therefore offer a 3-day or a 1-day Express Service, which will have your phone repaired and posted back to you within 3 days, or by the next working day.

In most cases there will be a model number on the back of the device. If the device is still working you can also find it in settings>about. You can also email us at repairs@fastfixiphone.co.uk or use our live chat and a member of our team will be happy to help.

If the repair hasn't been started you are able to cancel the repair. Unfortunately we charge a flat rate of £9.99 to return the device to you if we have already received it.

We will never share any personal data with any third parties, we follow very strict privacy guidelines.

It is very rare that you will lose data however we do recommend backing your device up for that extra security should an unavoidable data loss happen during the repair.
